Scheduling an Exhibition
To reserve an exhibition, please call the exhibition's scheduling contact. (Contact names are listed with each exhibition description.) He or she will be happy to discuss available booking periods. If a contact name is not listed, please call 202.633.3140 or e-mail email@example.com.
Standard Facility Report
Prior to booking an exhibition, every exhibitor must submit a Standard Facility Report developed by the American Association of Museums (AAM) or update previously submitted information, including floor plans indicating the gallery in which the exhibition will be placed and other visual documentation. To learn how to obtain a copy of the facility report, call 202.633.3140 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
