Please call Publications Manager Ed Liskey at 202.633.3142 (9am-5pm EST) to place your order and pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Required information to place order: product name, quantity, credit card number, expiration date, verification number, name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail, phone number.

Wholesalers, educational organizations, and libraries can also order by check or money order and will be invoiced with payment due within 30 days.

Discounts: Smithsonian members receive a 10% discount on all SITES publications. You must provide your Smithsonian membership number with your order. Wholesalers, educational organizations, and libraries are offered special discounts on volume orders.

Shipping and Handling: Free publications are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Pre-paid (retail) orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within 10 business days of receipt of payment. Orders to wholesalers, educational organizations, and libraries (invoiced) are shipped via FedEx Ground within 10 business days of order. If special shipping is requested, customer will pay the additional cost.

International Orders: If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please contact Ed Liskey for special instructions PRIOR to placing orders.

Returns/Refunds: All claims for shortages, non-receipt of goods, and damaged items must be made in writing to the address below and postmarked within 60 days of the date of order. (Educational institutions wishing to return ordered merchandise must reply within 90 days of receipt of goods. Please contact Ed Liskey for more specifics.)

Claims made after these dates will not be honored. Returns are accepted ONLY with WRITTEN authorization from SITES and are subject to a non-refundable 10% service charge. Replacement items for errors or damages will be shipped out at SITES' expense.
